Eyes: Amber rim result from grape skin colour with a clear vibrant core.

Mouth: Lovely and grippy with true to origin fresh acidity.
Body: medium
Recommended food pairings: Fantastic wine to pair with a whole range of dishes, or just as an aperitif. Try it with a gourmet seafood barbeque, spicy pastas and grilled poultry.

Winemaking notes: The grapes were hand harvested in picking crates, cooled overnight and transported to the cellar. The grapes were destemmed and stayed on its skins for 5 days before pressing. A light hand in the rest of the process was followed. 100% unoaked.
